The first preview of my end year work for school ( who said I'm late ? The end of the school year is in august, ok ? ^^ ).
First, we have to reproduce this little scene from Trull called "Winhall" ( "Hall of Victory" in German I think... ) :[link]
I suck in environment so it was a real pain to do for me, as I want to have a good result. Everything is handmade, sculpted and handpainted, no photo used.
It's designed to be a beauty map, for PS3. For now I have 2x1024² dif+norm for the stone wall and the wooden beams, everything else use 512² textures. It's a final quality view, but it's not the final lighting I think... Of course this part is not totally finished, no decals, no meshpaint, and a lot of things to add ). The ground texture comes from UDK packages.
I will do a specification sheet later.
